Natural static aerators are metal products designed to guarantee air exchange in all types of industrial buildings. They can be installed on the roof of sheds, warehouses or production buildings, where you want to improve the microclimatic conditions without electrical fans or mechanical cooling systems.
Natural aerators allow the air renewal in any climatic condition. The internal geometry facilitates the air pass through and at the same time it is suitable for the collection of rainfall and precipitations. Their operation does not require energy since the transit of air occurs thanks to the natural differences in pressure.
EC aerators are pre-assembled modular products consisting of a self-supporting structure in galvanized steel and a system of internal labyrinths made of natural aluminum. Aluminum guarantees high resistance to corrosion and ensures a long service life minimizing maintenance.
A combination of strength and efficiency: the self-supporting structure adapts to any building (in metal carpentry or prefabricated in reinforced concrete), the internal geometry guarantees a free surface equal to 50% of the total area.
ECL aerators are pre-assembled modular elements entirely made of natural aluminum. Aluminum guarantees high resistance to corrosion and ensures a long service life minimizing maintenance.
ECL aerators have high performance with a very limited impact on the structure: their weight is comparable to a normal roofing system. The internal geometry guarantees a free surface equal to 50% of the total area.
All the aerators may be completed by optional accessories to add further capabilities:
- Remotely controlled electric opening/closing or partialization dampers
- Control panel for automatic microclimate management
- Rectangular silencer with sound-absorbing baffles
- Bird screen
- Insect screen
AC aerators, commonly identified as "Robertson", are designed to ensure high aeraulic performance, with high Cd (discharge coefficient) values.
The load-bearing structure is made up of hot dip galvanized steel frames, assembled on site by bolted joints. The cladding is made of cold-formed metal elements and allow both to convey the outgoing air flows and to adequately collect rainfalls and precipitation. The internal roof can be made with insulated soundproofing sandwich panels to improve the acoustic performance of the system without using rectangular silencers.
AC aerators are an effective combination with metal structure buildings, with which they integrate easily.
The SL (streamline) aerators are installed on the ridge of metal roofs, associating a high performance with an aerodynamic shape. They consist of cold formed metal elements, typically pre-painted galvanized steel, fixed to the roof support structure in place of the ridge flashing. The compact geometry allows an easy insertion in the architectural context.
Intended for the ventilation of small roof openings, the rectangular ventilators are self-supporting elements composed of louvered metal surfaces surmounted by a closed cover.
