Louvers

Ventilation louvers typically assure the supply of fresh air, even if they can be usefully used as extraction openings.
They are vertical elements with horizontal blades, made in pre-assembled modules, customized dimensions, which can be placed side by side to create the required size ventilation openings.

We produce different types of louvers:

Fixed louvers FL

FL fixed louvers consist of a perimeter frame and a set of fixed horizontal blades with a rainproof profile in cold-formed metal sheet. Suitable materials are: galvanized steel, natural or pre-painted aluminum, stainless steel.
They also find useful application as visual screen.

Adjustable louvers ML

ML louvers consist of a rectangular supporting frame and a system of mobile horizontal blades in cold-formed metal sheet. Blades are supported by pairs of adjustable mechanisms that allow the opening, closing or partialization of air flow. Handling can be manual or by remotely controlled electric actuators.
Suitable materials are: galvanized steel, natural or pre-painted aluminum, stainless steel. Blades can also be made of compact polycarbonate or wired glass, thus integrating the ventilation and lighting capabilities.

Soundproof louvers AL

AL louvers have fixed horizontal insulated blades with rainproof profile in cold-formed metal sheet. Available materials are: galvanized steel, pre-painted steel, stainless steel. Each blade is insulated with high-density mineral wool, protected by dust-proof glass fiber layer and stretched galvanized steel mesh.
AL louvers assure acoustic comfort thanks to their good sound insulation and sound absorption capabilities.
AL louvers can be equipped with a sliding damper to control/regulate the air flow.

Sandtraps SL

SL sandtraps louvers consist of a perimeter frame and a set of fixed vertical blades in cold-formed metal sheet.
Thanks to the path followed by the air, the sand particles and debris fall down to the sill frame and are expelled from the slots at the base. The suitable materials are: galvanized steel, natural or pre-painted aluminum, stainless steel.

Customized louvers CL

We produce fixed, simple or insulated louvers, with customer shaped design. The specific geometry is studied and rationalized to fit production and installation requirements. Available materials are: galvanized steel, natural or pre-painted aluminum, stainless steel.
